The enterprise was established by Guangxi Investment Group Company Limited, Minmetals Non-ferrous Metals Company Limited and Aluminium Corporation of China Limited, respectively, in accordance with the share ratio of 34 per cent, 33 per cent and 33 per cent. It is the aluminium industrial enterprise with the largest one-time investment, construction scale and production scale in China's aluminium industry.
