The project is renovation and upgrading on the 31 roads in Shenyang economic and technological development zone and the village roads of 8 villages, the total renovation length of about 10.06 km. The transformation of the Shenxin Road motorway to a unified widening to 29.5 metres, the transformation of the rest of the existing road according to the original scale . The main contents include road works, water supply and drainage works, cable renewal, intelligent street lamps and night scenery upgrading works, communication optical fibre landing works, landscape upgrading works and so on.
